“What’s for lunch?” It’s the question that haunts us all. Sometimes, you just need something super easy, quick, and light. If you’re nodding along, this one’s for you!

Let me share a little hack I’ve fallen in love with: keeping cans of chickpeas and kidney beans on hand. Back in India, I’d soak them overnight, which meant a lot of planning ahead. But here? Cans are my best friends—instant and ready to go

Ingredients

  • 1 can (150g) chickpeas

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon Valentina salsa Picante

  • Fresh herbs of your choice


Instructions
